Monday 30th June - Yoga class will move to the Anglican Chapel instead of the Spielman Centre.
Breaking news: you don't need to be bendy to do Yoga! Anyone can do Yoga - all you need is an open mind and an interest in this ancient discipline, which has been proven over millennia to lead people to happiness, ease and positive physical transformation.
Mondays 6-7.15pm weekly Akhanda Hatha Flow class at Arnos Vale Spielman Centre. Suitable for beginners and those with experience. Bring your own mat if you can, there will be a few mats there if you don't have one.

About Akhanda Flow
Morven offers holistic yoga to keep you physically and mentally in balance with your environment and the challenges that life can bring. Classes include flowing sequences, breathwork and relaxation. Akhanda Hatha flow is a dynamic form of yoga which links together the postures of Hatha yoga in flowing sequences. Regular practice helps to tone, strengthen and detoxify the body and calm the mind.
Yoga is also known to:

- raise energy levels
- improve memory
- reduce the effects of stress
- lead to more restful sleep
Morven's aim is to share Yoga's vital tools for self-empowerment and healing. Her own journey with Yoga began with an intuition that this ancient practice contains the secrets to health, happiness and peace, and she teaches from her own transformational experience. Morven has enjoyed seventeen years of Yoga practice and also brings to her Yoga teaching over a decade of experience teaching English, French and music. She completed yoga teacher training in the Himalayan town of Rishikesh, India with her teacher Yogi Vishvketu. Morven is firmly rooted in the Akhanda school of holistic Hatha yoga. Akhanda yoga deeply respects and honours the traditions of Hatha yoga whilst leaving room for creativity and self-expression. Her travels to India continue to enhance her experience of Yoga.

Arnos Vale is fast becoming a venue for fitness and dance workshops with a variety of classes available! With parking available for up to 30 vehicles on site, with plenty of on-street parking, being close to all transport networks and central to Bristol this is an ideal venue for any event.
