Internally the Anglican Chapel is beautifully simple and stylish.  The entrance has a grey-stone floor with the main area of the room having intricate tiled flooring through the central aisle with wooden flooring either side.  From the entrance the view to towards the apse and ceremony area is stunning with natural light flooding into the venue on all three sides through large lead windows.  Up to 106 wedding guests can be seated for the ceremony with a further 40 people standing.

The Anglican Chapel can be hired for a half day, whole day or you can also come in the day before to decorate as you wish.  Having a neutral colour scheme the Anglican Chapel is a simply stunning venue and would need minimal decoration to enhance it.  Alternatively you could decorate with lighting, candles, flowers etc to match your own theme for the day - the choice is yours.

CIVIL WEDDINGS, CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS & RENEWAL OF VOWS

Want a quirky, unique and original venue for your wedding?  The Spielman Centre is licensed for all civil weddings and can hold up to 70 guests seated for the ceremony.

The Spielman Centre is a fully accessible, elegant and imposing building.  The grand steps between the elegant pillars lead up to large double wooden doors opening into a lofty but simple interior.  The neutral interior and natural lighting floods in from the large leaded windows and the room is a blank canvas and easily adapted to create a truly bespoke atmosphere and decor that reflects your own style and personality 

A contemporary Glass Pavillion and outside terrace has also recently been added to the Spielman Centre enhancing the use and feel of this building.  The pavillion is now home to our Atrium Cafe and the terrace can be used as an outdoor reception area.

RECEPTION & CATERING

You can also hold your reception at Arnos Vale making it a one-stop venue for your guests. You can hold your reception in either the Anglican Chapel or the Spielman Centre as both venues can be booked as part of your exclusive hire for your wedding. 

Whisk!, the caterers at Arnos Vale, are here to help make your day even more special and to take the stress out of catering.  Our approach is entirely flexible so we can work with you to create the perfect experience.

Every couple is unique so there is no one-size-fits-all menu.  You can start with a drinks and canape reception, or an afternoon tea or glasses of chilled vintage cider - it's up to you! 

For your wedding breakfast you can keep it traditional with a restaurant-quality 3 course meal or do something a little different like a curry, a tangine, a ploughman's or old school pie and mash.  For pudding we can employ the services of our pastry chef and serve dainty little desserts, pretty truffles or sticky toffee pudding.  Afterwards we can run the bar, serve bacon butties or fire up the BBQ.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ALCOHOL

The Anglican Chapel and the Spielman Centre are both fully licenced for entertainment and alcohol sales.  You can have a drinks reception after your ceremony in either venue whilst photographs are being taken as we have over 45 acres of beautiful and unique landscape available.

If you would like to have live music as part of your ceremony we can recommend and organise the musicians for you.  With an extensive background in entertainment, our Wedding Coordinator has a vast list of musicians for all types of occasions! So whether you would like a solo performer, string quartet, brass quartet, jazz trio, choir or something else as part of your wedding service or, if you would like to have a lively band in the evening so you can dance the night away - just ask - we're sure to have excellent, talented and highly professional musicians available.

Entertainment would be required to finish at 11:00pm and guests required to leave by midnight.  However, if you would like a small extension to this time then we can apply for an extension for you.
