Why is everyone talking about the benefits of yoga? This gentle class will be an introduction to articulation of the spine, yoga philosophy and breath work. If you are looking to stretch out a stiff back, relax an active mind, build core strength and nourish the whole body – this class is for you (Suitable for pre, 2nd & 3rd trimester, & post natal, if supported medically.)
Tickets are just £10 and the doors will be open from 4pm if you would like to meet Emily, and the class is from 4.30-5.30pm. There will be the opportunity to chat all things yoga after the class.
