Death Over Dinner

Memento Mori cake from Conjurers Kitchen
  • February 25, 2018
    6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Similar to a Death Cafe, but less caffeine/more feast. An opportunity to join the Arnos Vale candlelit banqueting table to discuss death over a dinner lovingly created by Kate’s Kitchen.

Buffet menu:

Chunky beetroot, squash and thyme soup with creme fraiche

Slow roasted beef with pearl barley and roasted seasonal vegetable casserole

Selection of sliced local meats; ham, beef and chicken, with home made pickles and olives

Vegan option:

Stuffed squash topped with balsamic roasted veg and gremolata

Spiced chickpea salad with herbs and pickled beetroot

At the end of the feast (and almost the end of the festival) we’ll be proudly cutting open a commissioned piece of art created in a cake form by Conjurers Kitchen.

A bar will be provided by Kate’s Kitchen. Wine can be served by the bottle or by the glass.

DATE: Sun 25th Feb

TIME: 6PM – 7.30PM

VENUE: Spielman Centre
