Ferrell stars as Buddy, a regular-sized man who was raised as an elf by Santa Claus (Edward Asner). When the news is finally broken to Buddy that he’s not a real elf, he decides to head back to his place of birth, New York City, in search of his biological family. It’s magnificently silly, yet with life-affirming cinematic nuggets that allows you to remember the camaraderie in the world and forget how dreary and rat-race the day-to-day can be. Pick up a hot chocolate from Cleverchefs at Arnos Vale, and settle down to this festive classic in our Anglican Chapel.
Don’t forget your torch, and a fluffy blanket (it can get a little chilly in the Chapel)
