Be inspired, have fun and prepare to get messy.
Forest school fun day is a fun-filled day of trying out a range of nature-inspired activities and games. Learn new skills and discover something new all in our beautiful, outdoor woodland space. .
The day will be filled from start to finish with fantastic games, exploration and bushcraft activities including hapa zome (dyeing), wand making (whittling) and den building*. They will enjoy exploring nature throughout the day in the great outdoors.
Children will have a go at a range of skills and new experiences that will build confidence whilst making friends.
This activity will be run by a classroom teacher and fully qualified Forest School Leader, Janine Marriott. This day is suitable for ages 7 years and upwards, suitable for all genders. Adults welcome to stay and join in, or drop off and take a break but children under 7 must attend with a parent/guardian.
Meeting point is Speilman Centre, but all activities will take place in the outdoors in the landscape in and around the Underwood Centre.
Tickets strictly limited, book early to avoid disappointment.

Wheelchair users are welcome but as Arnos Vale cemetery is a listed site, some areas may be less accessible. Please discuss any access requirements before booking the session using email@example.com
Participants must bring a pack lunch and drink. A change of clothes is advised if the weather is inclement. When booking please inform the organizers of any allergies or other issues.
