Sip your way through gin’s fascinating story of life and death, how the country grappled it’s addiction to Mother’s Ruin during the British Victoriana period and how we got through to the elegance of the modern day GnT we all know and CRAVE…

• The History Of Gin – exploring our relationship with Juniper from medieval England right up to Small Batch Distillation of the 2000s
• A guided tasting of three gins– Plymouth Gin, Silent Pool & Deaths Door Single Estate. Each gin has either a unique or macabre tale of their own. We will use our own Gin Foundry Flavour Wheel to taste and identify the botanicals unique to each gin before garnishing from the plentiful garnish plate, as your taste likes…Your Gin Wheel will be yours to take with you
•The Finish – A celebration of life with a modern day twist on the classic Tom Collins– Nettled Collins – Psychopomp Old Tom Gin, Foraged Nettle Syrup, Lemon Juice, Violet Bitters.
