We hope you have a really special evening. As a charity we still face an annual shortfall in our finances and we rely on these events to keep us open for our community. There are a number of ways that you can contribute resources to the life and work of Arnos Vale. We’d love you to donate £1 with your ticket, or you might like to give your time as a volunteer or consider giving us a regular donation
Proof of purchase will be required at the gate, please bring ID. You can enter through the main gate on Bath Road, or through the top gate on Cemetery Road. No refunds can be given, except in the case of the screening being cancelled. If this is the case you will be notified by email. Please bring a torch and take your rubbish with you.
Cleverchefs will be providing some delicious food & drink for you to buy during the screening (please don’t bring your own)

Spiced bean rice, Yucatan style pink pickled onions, charred corn pico de gallo & tortilla chips £7.50

Parking is reserved for Blue Badge holders only and must be reserved in advance (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) We suggest travelling on foot, by bike or on public transport. However, if you bring a car our lovely neighbours at HERE Bristol have kindly lent us their car park for the night (just 3 mins walk away)
In the event of wet weather, the screening will still go ahead. Only in the case of extreme weather, such as dangerously high winds will the screening be cancelled, and you will be notified by email. Please make sure to check the forecast and dress appropriately, and bring blankets. Out of consideration for fellow viewers please do not use an umbrella if there are people behind you.
How do I get my tickets? Our booking system, Event Expresso will send the tickets by email. Please check your junk file.
Can I bring my dog? We recommend that you don’t bring your four legged pal due to the audio volume.
Will the top gate be open? Yes, from 6pm (please allow the earlier screening attendee’s to exit first)
Can I bring my own drink and food? No, we ask that you buy from the cafe on site, open from 6pm
Is parking available? Yes, at HERE Bristol on the Bath Road
Are there toilets? Yes, in the Spielman Centre and 1 disabled plus 1 standard portaloo outside
What’s the accessibility like? The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any additional needs then please get in touch and let us know how we can help you.
Can I smoke? Yes, in the designated smoking area
What is the advantage of buying a deck chair ticket? The chair will already be in position and you’ll get a good view of the screen
Can I make a night of it and watch both films? Yes, you most definitely can! Please get your hand stamped on entry so that we know you have a ticket for both events
What should I wear? Bring layers and a raincoat/waterproofs. It will get cold, so hats, scarves, gloves and blankets are recommended.
I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund? Unfortunately the tickets are non-refundable or transferable. As a charity we still face an annual shortfall in our finances and we rely on these events to keep us open for our community. As a small charity we don’t have the team capacity to manage the administration of refunding tickets effectively.
