    Outside the box

We live in a society where people struggle to look death in the eye.  Death has become the territory of professionals and we rarely see a dead body unless it is someone very close to us.  Death had become hidden, and so more traumatic.  Our speaker Liz Rothschild has edited a new book ‘Outside the Box: Everyday stories of Death, Bereavement and Life’. In this online talk Liz will be discussing the principle that if we start talking more openly about death, it can change the way we live.  Liz will be sharing stories of heartbreak, anger and even laugh-out-loud funny ones that will illuminate, inspire, reassure and inform you.

As part of Dying Matters Awareness week, join us for stories, information, and advice on end-of-life planning, bereavement and funeral care from our speaker who is not only a writer and performer but also a burial ground manager and funeral celebrant with a wealth of experience and knowledge.

    About our speaker.

Since 2016 Liz Rothschild has ben touring her one woman show ‘Outside the Box- A live show about Death’ and has been gathering stories from her audience.  The result is this approachable book aimed at the general public, and professionals.  Follow Liz on twitter @OTB_Liz .  Find out more about Full Circle Productions
