Sona Pilates welcomes you to a morning of nourishment for the body and the soul.
A 2hr Pilates workshop followed by brunch in the beautiful Anglican Church.
We will release and lengthen, strengthen and align before enjoying a delicious vegetarian brunch with our fellow mat mates – giving us further opportunity to connect and reflect.
All levels of Pilates experience welcome and all props and mats provided. But you are very welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and maybe wear layers so you can ensure you are always warm or cool enough.
