No prior experience needed – all abilities welcome.

Beth Calverley tours the country as Poetry Machine, typewriting bespoke live poetry for people based on a word of their choice. Beth helps community members and groups to put their story into words and advocates poetry as a force to include and inspire people from all walks of life. Most recently, she has worked with Teenage Cancer Trust, This Mum Runs and Valley Festival.

Beth is part of the team behind Milk Poetry, a welcoming platform for new and established poets. This workshop has been subsidised by the Arts Council.
