Special Saturday morning Yoga class in the Anglican, as part of the Wellness Weekend. Everyone welcome.
Join Jessica Adams, for a Scaravelli-inspired yoga session where you will rediscover a free form of movement through your body and spine, helping to restore your body’s natural vitality.
Our spine, particularly the lumbar area suffers greatly from tension caused by standing or sitting imbalances, which subsequently limit our natural ease of movement. The spine is central to our movement, function and sensations throughout the body, and supports our overall health and wellbeing.
Movement looks better and feels better, when we have a well balanced alignment.
We will aim to rebalance the body by exploring how to change our habits and patterns, undo muscular tension, reinstate space and draw strength from the ground, helping us move effortlessly towards Asana.
Mats are provided.
This offer is for anyone new that wishes to give the session a try, and if they choose to purchase 3 future sessions we can offer this at a introductory offer cost of £45 for all 3 sessions (normally £50)

This class is part of our Wellness Weekend, 17th to 20th August. Look out for the fabulous Jo from Scarlette of the Fae running a Healing with the Body Mirror System Workshop on Thu 17th August, plus Emily Wingrove from RoveYoga hosting a candlelit yoga session and a Bards of Avalon Sound Bath on Friday 18th August. Also, John Irving returns from Devon to offer a mini-workshop to give time for a few Yoga practices, some reflection for future direction and learning… “and a wee break to catch-up too”!
