What will the Funnybones family get up to in a cemetery?

Explore this brilliant tale by the amazing Janet and Allan Ahlberg. Discover the world of the Funnybones family and their adventures in a Halloween walk around Arnos Vale. These skeletons are definitely not scary so suitable for little ones. This event is most suitable for 3+ (babies and toddlers go free when accompanying an older paying sibling).

Enjoy the walk, hunt the ‘bones’ and then make some skelliart to take home.

The Ahlbergs’ books have been the recipient of worldwide acclaim and awards, including the Kate Greenaway Medal.

Meeting point

Meet at the Speilman Centre for the start of the walk.

Tickets

Buy tickets online via the link (advised) or turn up and pay on the day (tickets are limited and may sell out). All children must be accompanied by an adult. Only children require a ticket.

Tickets are issued via email upon booking. No need to print them out; you can show them to a team member on your electronic device. We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled or rescheduled by Arnos Vale. If the event is cancelled you will be notified by email.

Access

As Arnos Vale is an outdoor site, to ensure you and your family have a safe and comfortable time, please come dressed for all weathers. Pushchairs and wheelchair users are welcome but as Arnos Vale cemetery is a listed site, some areas may be less accessible or muddy.

There is limited parking on site and cycle racks available. . We hope you have a really special event.

About Arnos Vale

As a charity we still face an annual shortfall in our finances  and we rely on these events to keep us open for our community. There are a number of ways that you can contribute resources to the life and work of Arnos Vale.  You might like to give your time as a volunteer  or consider giving us a regular donation.
