Set in a magical location, this dreamy, decadent workshop is a unique opportunity to stretch, flow and shine in celebration of death, dying and living life to the fullest.

Journey to a bright, vibrant and beautiful Mexican fiesta, as you’re gently guided through some nourishing and heart opening Yin Yoga before indulging in a deep and relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). All carefully curated to help you safely, sensitively and inquisitively explore life, death and happiness, continue the curious exploration in your own time with your bespoke goody bag containing hand crafted journaling tasks, bespoke poem and indulgent Mexican hot chocolate kit!

Cat is an Occupational Therapist, Yoga instructor and Acceptance and Commitment Coach with over 10 years’ experience working in mental health. Using her therapeutic skills and in-depth interest in positive psychology, expect a calming, uplifting and accessible session, suitable for all levels of fitness and intrigue – yoga newbies warmly welcome.

When, where and what to bring:

There’s plenty of onsite parking and Cat will be there to greet you on arrival from 12.50pm – simply head to the Spielman Centre next to the cafe.

Keeping safe

Since we are still carefully following Covid safe guidelines, please bring your own yoga mat and any warm layers or blankets you may want to stay snuggly and warm during the Yoga Nidra.

This 1 hour workshop costs £12.

If you are unable to attend in-person then you are warmly welcome to purchase a 30-day playback recording of the session for £6.
