Corporate Volunteering & Team Building at Arnos Vale
Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust is a Site of Nature Conservation Interest (SNCI), home to more than 350 species of plants and wildlife. Our 45-acre site includes woodland and species-rich grassland habitats, creating an important haven for nature and wildlife in the heart of Bristol.
Working alongside our experienced landscape team, your group can get involved in practical conservation volunteering activities while enjoying time outdoors in a peaceful, nature-rich environment.
Conservation Activities for Corporate Teams
Our corporate volunteering sessions offer a hands-on way for teams to make a positive difference to Arnos Vale while developing teamwork, communication and wellbeing.
Activities vary throughout the year depending on seasonal requirements and may include:
- Bramble bashing and vegetation management
- Log splitting
- Pathway clearance
- Dead hedging
- Woodland and habitat management
- Other practical conservation tasks
These activities provide an enjoyable and rewarding team building experience, giving colleagues the opportunity to work together away from the office while directly supporting local biodiversity.

Our conservation activities can be booked as part of a wider corporate meeting or events package, or combined with a cemetery tour to create a full day of activities.
Corporate volunteering prices
- Teams of up to 40 people: £30 per person
- Teams of up to 60 people: £35 per person
- Session length: Up to 4 hours
- Availability: 9am–5pm
