Arnos Vale Cemetery is a film friendly 45-acre Victorian garden cemetery in the heart of Bristol, just off the A4.

With its rich history and diverse landscape, Arnos Vale offers a unique and atmospheric backdrop for a wide range of productions.

Locations

Arnos Vale provides an array of cinematic locations. Our Victorian graveyard includes wildlife-filled woodland, a spooky crypt, and two stunning Victorian chapels. The Anglican Chapel and the Spielman Centre are beautiful shoot locations. Additional amenities like our on-site café and gift shop can also be repurposed for filming or used to support cast and crew.

Arnos Vale is fully accessible and open 7 days a week. Arnos Vale Cemetery Trust can close all or part of the site for productions, offering the privacy, space, and security your shoot requires. Whether you're filming a historical drama, supernatural thriller, or contemporary story, Arnos Vale’s timeless atmosphere and versatile spaces make it a standout filming location in the South West.
