Anglican Chapel

Your Sunday Service

A 75-minute 4Beat practice held in the stunning Gothic Anglican Chapel at Arnos Vale, followed by coffee, tea, treats and conversation — an energising way to begin a Sunday morning. This is the first in a seasonal cycle of 4Beat practices at this atmospheric cemetery, with a return planned for October.

What is 4Beat?
4Beat is a dynamic vinyasa practice inspired by the Rocket system, where breath synchronises with the slow, rhythmic beat of the music. The intention is to find meditation in movement by tuning breath to rhythm. The sequence remains largely the same each time, allowing participants to become more familiar with the practice and settle into a flow state more easily.

Who is it for?
Best suited to those with some yoga experience. Anyone who has previously attended Helena’s Mandala classes will feel comfortable joining.

What to expect
Energising. Hypnotic. Breath-led. Vibes.
