Join Wellbeing Coach Dr Miriam Ricci for a calming and creative outdoor summer workshop in the beautiful grounds of Arnos Vale Cemetery. You’ll be guided through a slow, sensory walk to help you tune into the vibrant sights, sounds, and scents of the season, followed by a peaceful free writing session in nature. No experience needed – just bring a pen, a sturdy notebook, something to sit on, and comfortable shoes. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, uplifted and more connected to yourself and the world around you.
