Summer Tree Identification Tour on 28 June 2026
April 8, 2026Sunday, 28 June 2026 at 10.15am to 12.15pm
Join wellbeing coach Dr Miriam Ricci for a calming and creative outdoor Summer workshop in the beautiful woodland of Arnos Vale Cemetery. You’ll be guided through a slow, sensory walk to help you tune into the richness of the season - birdsong, the hum of insects, lush green growth, and the colours and scents of flowers in bloom - followed by a peaceful freewriting session in nature.
You'll begin and end with gentle body movement and grounding practices, and close the session by creating a collaborative poem from lines you choose to share. No experience needed - just bring a pen, a sturdy notebook, something to sit on, and comfortable shoes. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and more connected to yourself and the world around you.
What people said about previous workshops:
“A beautiful way to spend a gorgeous Sunday morning. Miriam has a way to make you feel close to nature, to the senses and to yourself. For everyone who needs some gentle, mindful inner peace.”
