Summer Nature Connection Walk on 19 July 2026

Sunday 19th July 2026, at 10.30am - 12.30pm

Join Dr Miriam Ricci, certified wellbeing coach, for a gentle 90‑minute guided walk designed to help you slow down, feel calmer and reconnect with nature. Set in the peaceful grounds of Arnos Vale Cemetery, this restorative experience blends movement, mindfulness with practices drawn from positive psychology and nature‑connection research. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed and equipped with simple tools to support your wellbeing in everyday life. 

Tickets and further information 

Tickets are only £12.50 and 20% of the proceeds goes to the preservation of Arnos Vale Cemetery.

Limited to 10 places. Past events have sold out quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment.
