Lil’tree Tots

For children aged 1–4 years (once mobile)

Calling curious tots to come on an adventure to hear the birds, see the caterpillars and butterflies, smell the flowers and feel the trees.

Each week features a different nature-inspired theme with hands-on activities for children and carers to enjoy together. 

Lil’tree Babies

For parents/carers with babies under 12 months

11.00am – 12.30pm. Free.

A calm and restorative outdoor session for parents and babies. If you want to meet other parents, feel calm, restored and fully connected to your baby and nature, this group is designed just for you. This is a class for being rather than doing.

Lil'tree babies combine baby wearing (although you're welcome to bring a pram), mindfulness, forest bathing sensory invitations and a creative activity in a relaxing 90-minute session.  

Meeting Point

Meet at the Spielman Centre café for a gentle walk to the Underwood Centre, where sessions take place in a sheltered outdoor space.

Please dress for the outdoors and unpredictable English summer weather!

Places are limited, please book your place in advance through our booking form below. If you can no longer attend, please let us know so your place can be offered to another family.
